Founded in 2025, Golden Stone Chamber Music is the professional recital series at the South Somerset Music Centre, bringing world-class performances to Crewkerne.

Named after the local ham stone, this new concert series makes the most of the intimate performance space, offering a lovely acoustic and great facilities for artists, mixing top quality music with a friendly somerset welcome!

Golden Stone has already welcomed renowned artists including Dame Emma Kirkby, Duncan Honeybourne, The Portrait Players, David Wright, The Little Song Party, Piers Adams, Emma Abate, Wessex Baroque and many more, with a year-round programme and events for all tastes.
