About the event
Following our very popular Sound Bath earlier in the year, we are pleased to provide another opportunity for you to enjoy a musical detox with percussionist Teena Lyle! In order to allow more people to attend while ensuring there is space to move around the Music Centre, we are offering two sessions so you can choose your preferred time.
Having experienced first-hand the power of these treatements for easing anxiety, PTSD
from illness, stress and trauma, Teena was inspired to share these beneficial therapies
with other people and animals who need TLC!
